Q: How do I report a maintenance issue?
A: If you have a maintenance issue to report please complete a maintenance form.
Q: Is my guest allowed to park overnight in the Clubhouse parking lot?
A: Residents and/or guests are not allowed to leave anything parked overnight in the Clubhouse parking lot. Any vehicle parked overnight is subject to towing. Fines related to towing are the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Q: What day is residential garbage can pick up?
A: Please visit the City of Montgomery website for trash schedules, bulk trash pick up and recycling information. In addition to normal trash pick up, residents wishing to have an item picked up from their home may call (334) 241-2750 and request an item be picked up from their residence. A cost is associated with this service. Please leave the item out for pick up on the same day your pick up is scheduled.
Q: Who do I contact upon move-in to receive a key card and other neighborhood information?
A: Please visit the Taylor Lakes Homeowners' Association office Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30AM - 4:30PM with proof of residence and a completed registration form and agreement. In order for your key card to remain valid, you must be current with homeowners association dues. The Taylor Lakes amenities are restricted to homeowners and guests with valid key cards.
Q: I have lost my key card. What do I do?
A: Please immediately report your key card stolen to the Taylor Lakes Homeowners' Association office to deactivate your key card. Your key card is logged each time it is used for entry and exit to provide an added layer of security to each member. A lost key card must be deactivated to ensure it is not being used by a non-assigned member. A new key card can be issued with a charge. If you have found a lost key card, please return it to the Taylor Lakes Homeowners' Association office.
